I was born 1968 and raised in South Bend, Indiana.  I graduated from the University of Notre Dame in 1990 and Cleveland-Marshall College of Law in 1996.  I was licensed to practice law in 1997 by the Supreme Court of the State of Indiana and the United States District Court for both the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana.  I am a member of both the Indiana State Bar Association and the St. Joseph County Bar Association.  I am married to my wife Kerry and have two children, Colin and Bridget.  I enjoy golf, tennis, scuba diving, and all Notre Dame sporting events.
